We are pleased to confirm the positive conclusion of discussions with the freehold owner of the pool area, DDSI.
The DDOA and DDSI have signed an addendum to the lease capturing some key aspects of the Management Conditions. The lease is still 29 years and there is now a commitment from DDSI to organise a simple access right in the near future. This is another step in securing owners rights and we thank DDSI and their lawyers for their commitment.
