Service Specification Agreement Signed by DDOA, AFPM & DDSI

The DDOA Board is pleased to announce that an updated Service Specification has been signed by the three key parties;

The DDOA, DDSI (Ronnie Stansbridge) and AFPM (Alan Fegan).

The agreement explains what services AFPM provide for owners in return for payment of the community charge. The services include security, reception services, pool supervision, postal and key services, rental management for owners and much more. A copy of the new Service Specification can be found in the members section.

The specification was originally implemented in 2016 and then suspended as a result of disagreements about scope, cost and responsibilities. We are delighted this important agreement is now back in place agreed by all parties.
