The pool area is leased to the owners and all owners who pay the Community Charge and into the Reserve Fund each year have access rights. Under the terms of the lease owners are responsible for the maintenance of the area funded from the Reserve Fund. In 2019 the pool was retiled and a new salt water system installed which was very positively received, improving the look of the area and making the swimming experience more enjoyable. The furniture replacement, using the Reserve Fund, is another positive improvement.
